The wound is the place where the light enters you” - Rumi

Navigating life can be tough at times with unexpected challenges along the way and it can be difficult to go through it alone. Many times, people seek help because they feel broken, unlovable, unworthy, alone in this world, or feel the weight of the world on their shoulders. Having a safe space where you can feel fully seen, heard, accepted, and understood exactly as you are is how I’m here to support you on your life journey.

Speaking from my own personal experience, I believe that you are your own best healer and I am simply your guide and mirror to assist you on your healing journey. Healing happens when we learn to accept and love ourselves as we currently are and when we start to feel truly safe in our bodies again. As your trusted guide, I will help you explore your own inner world with compassion, empathy, and non-judgement so you can embark on a self discovery and growth journey.

I enjoy incorporating a mind-body approach to healing. I also utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, Internal Family Systems concepts, Somatic Experiencing, and Polyvagal Theory.

In my free time, I love to travel and immerse myself in different cultures. I also love spending time in nature, reading, writing, playing the guitar, practicing meditation and yoga, and having deep, meaningful conversations with others.

It would be an honor to work with you!
