* ONLY VIRTUAL *

I'm so glad you're here. I would like to say that I deeply respect the courage it takes to show up as you are. I believe change comes from a willingness to meet ourselves with curiosity and compassion in every season of our lives, especially the painful and challenging ones.

To me, therapy is primarily a collaborative relationship that helps you to explore what is most meaningful to you. It is my belief that our identities are shaped by a variety of parts--the experiences, gifts, and struggles that make us one-of-a-kind human beings. In my approach to therapy, I strive to offer an open, affirming, and gently challenging space where you can explore all of these parts of yourself and uncover the answers that exist within.

I do my best to engage in a practice that considers your individuality along with the cultures, communities and histories that make up your story. I enjoy incorporating elements of Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic interventions in therapy, however, I understand each person as unique, with strengths and challenges that deserve to be honored, explored, and tended to with therapy best suited to the individual.

I believe that no matter the reason we come to therapy, we end up developing a deeper relationship with ourselves along the way. Whether you are in a season of grief, loss, transition, discovery, or anywhere in between, I would be honored to support you on your path to living, being, and relating from a place of clarity and compassion.

Some of the identities that I have include Asian American, woman, student, and creative person. In my personal time, I enjoy going on walks with my husband and dog, grocery shopping, finding movement of any sort, and traveling.
