“Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage.” — Brene Brown

Seeking out therapy is an extremely vulnerable experience, and I am so honored to be given the opportunity to be in that vulnerable space with you. As a therapist, I hope to work alongside my clients to help them create positive change in their lives by focusing on strengths, helping make connections, and emanating empathy and understanding towards the unique experiences each client faces.

As a therapist, I enjoy working from an attachment lens, meaning that I believe human connection is the most powerful vehicle of transformation. I also work from a somatic lens, meaning that I believe in integrating the health of the physical body alongside mental health. I believe that each of my clients has the innate potential to heal themselves — as a therapist, my role is to help my client discover their own capacity to change. I am especially passionate about working with clients who are seeking to heal from traumatic experiences, as well as those who are healing from grief and loss.

I deeply value the trust and privilege of supporting my clients as they heal and grow from past harm, becoming a truer and stronger version of themselves. As a biracial and queer woman, I approach therapy from a social justice perspective, and seek to affirm and support my clients’ identities.

In my personal life, I love spending time with my insane chocolate lab puppy, reading fiction novels, surfing (or trying to surf), and wandering the aisles of Sephora.
