Michaela Shadroo

Hello! My name is Michaela and I am grateful you’re here. Leaning into transformation is a profoundly scary and tough feat- one that might take all the courage you have to do. At least, that’s how it was for me in my journey. It’s a victory that you’re in this place to take the first step in showing up for yourself, your relationship, or your child. You might be feeling the heavy weight of life making daily activities difficult, experiencing perpetual worry, or struggling with hopelessness from relational conflict. I understand that making changes is hard, facing obstacles can be overwhelming, and stepping into the unknown often feels intimidating, but I want you to know that you are capable and I will be by your side.

I hold this position as a privilege to help you navigate challenges and guide you toward a life full of quality and meaning. As your therapist, I am committed to partnering alongside you as you immerse, explore, and heal in an unconditionally safe environment. I believe it’s never too late (or too early) to explore the space between where you are now and where you want to be. Together, we will bring awareness to areas of discomfort and unhelpful patterns and step into the invitation towards confidence, freedom, and wholeness. I am passionate about guiding and empowering others in discovering their true worthiness and capacity for change. Using self- compassion and strengths-based practices, we will collaborate to address what no longer serves you and focus on your capability to change. I aim to help you reframe the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world through a client-centered approach. I look forward to this season of transformation and growth for you.
